I have friends who change they cell phone number as often as they change their cell phones. Not me. When people bug me or annoy me I just have their phone number forwarded to a special box. It makes them think my cell was disconnected. And they stop calling. I can even fix it so that can't leave voice messages (if they stress out). Modern technology. Gotta love it.
