When I look at my employees I see people who work hard, the young, the middle, the happy, the sad, the father, the mother, the grandparents. I see those that want to do better. I want them to do better. I want them to succeed. But I don't feel I have any power to help them. I have become upset, mainly distress, because I am block from encouraging my employees in improving some bad habits allowed to occur before I got there. I want everyone to succeed, but why do they need me if I am not permitted to do what I am sure I can, have the best unit with the potentially best employees I already have? Anyone looking for a supervisor?
