When I was coming up we would pick up the trash in our yard. I grew up in the projects, but it was clean. Our apartments were clean. Now you go into various projects around cities (namely Dayton, Ohio) and there is trash (The park and all around Hilltop apartments). Why?! Why is there trash everywhere? It's depressing to visit anyone there!!! Smdh!!
