Every house I have ever lived in I have put a light in. I have asked a man to put it in, and waited, even pretended to take hours to put in a chandelier, because I was told in order to get a mate (and keep one) I have to seem helpless. Well, I am not. My father and my brother are electricians. My children know I put the light in the kitchen on Norman in less than an hour. It took me less than two hours to put the motion lights in the back yard only because I hate being on ladders. I hate heights. But, I am tired of faking. I am not helpless. I am quite capable of doing a lot of things. If a female has to fake who she is in order to find a mate, get a job, make it in today's world, then what a sad sad state we are in. What a sorry example we are before our daughters and granddaughters, just as the men are before their sons and other progeny.
How about in 2016 we be who we really are and everyone stop faking the damn funk? How about if we we forgive and atone to ourselves, and be happy with who we are, and stop going around jacking up everyone else's life?! Yep.
